Rota support from Levites

Rota is for organising church serving teams. Here are answers to common questions. If you need a hand, email founder@levites.app.

Create your team

Create an account with your verified phone number, then choose “Create your team”. Add the people who serve with you, set up a service and its roles, and publish the rota when it is ready.

Reply to an assignment

Open your rota to see your assignments and reply options. If you receive a text, you can use its secure link to respond. Contact your team leader if an assignment or response looks wrong.

Manage SMS reminders

Text reminders are optional. In your account settings, turn “Send me rota reminders by SMS” on or off and save your choice. You can also reply STOP to stop Rota texts to your phone number across all Rota teams. To receive them again, reply START and turn SMS back on in settings.

Free trial and price

Start with 14 days free. A card is required at checkout. After the trial, the subscription costs £10 per team each month, with SMS reminders included. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Team leaders can manage billing in Settings.

Each team can have up to 200 people, and each leader can create up to 5 teams.

Account, access, or privacy request

If you need help signing in, want to update your information, or would like us to review a request to access or delete your information, email founder@levites.app. Include the phone number on your account, but never send a sign-in code.
