These terms apply to Rota, operated by Levites Tech Ltd (“Levites”, “we”, or “us”). By creating an account or using Rota, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rota.

Who can use Rota

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rota. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate account information and use a phone number you are authorised to use.

Your account and team

Keep your sign-in codes private and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. Team leaders manage membership and rotas. Other team members may see your name, assignment, and response so the team can coordinate serving.

Rota assignments and texts

Leaders create and update service assignments. You can accept or decline an assignment where those options are available. An assignment is a scheduling request and does not create an employment relationship or require you to serve.

SMS reminders are optional. You must choose to receive them, and you can reply STOP to stop texts to your phone across all Rota teams, or change your choice in settings. You are responsible for having permission to provide another person’s contact details when adding them to a team.

Free trial and price

Each team starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, the subscription costs £10 per team each month and SMS reminders are included. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Billing settings.

Stripe collects and processes payment details. Each team can have up to 200 people, and each leader can create up to 5 teams.

Using Rota responsibly

Do not use Rota to harass people, send unwanted messages, impersonate someone, break the law, or interfere with the service or another person’s account. We may restrict access when needed to protect people, teams, or the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Rota available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage of every record. Keep any copies you need for your own records. We may change or stop parts of Rota; if a change materially affects these terms, we will update this page and the date above.
